Jose Mourinho believes that Inter Milan has become a popular team and wants to continue this transformation in Napoli.
The defending champions extended their lead on the standings in Serie A with nine points in midweek, while Parma drew 1-1 in 10 men.
Mourinho was not too worried about the two points dropped Wednesday as he prepared his troops to try to extend unbeaten run to nine league games on Sunday.
"Every game is difficult and dragging on the road is not a disaster," said the Portuguese.
"I am satisfied with the performance of my team.
Parma deserved a point and we have to look positive.
"We extended our gap with Roma and AC Milan."
Asked during a 'fan chat this week if Inter had been a much stronger side from the start was the Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Barcelona, Mourinho said on Inter Channel: "Yes, it is partly true.
"Inter was the more defensive minded, when I arrived. It 'was in front of the player that is used to solve the problems of their offensive team.
"It was a team that plays great football, but the team is now close to the model that everyone likes, and a lot of players playing the game the team without losing certain compactness and mentality.
"A coach always prefer his team to achieve goals playing as a team."
Mourinho goes to Naples without using the defensive trio Dejan Stankovic, Marco Materazzi and Cristian Chivu because of injuries but welcomes back key midfielder Wesley Sneijder suspension.
Napoli increase the return Argentine striker Ezequiel Lavezzi, who seems to be involved in Walter Mazzarri starting line-up after winning a muscle injury.
The hosts will be without wing back Christian Maggio, but as he serves a suspension.
The Neapolitan enter the match looking to bounce back from a 3-1 loss last week at Udinese, which ended its series of 15 games without defeat.
